Terms and Conditions for our Kayak Tours
A $25 deposit per person is payable to secure a date for booking. This can be paid in cash or via our secure online payment system.
If tour has to be postponed due to bad weather conditions (strong winds or electrical storm), the $25 can be used towards a future booking.
If you choose to cancel tour:
- with more than 7 days notice, the $25 can be used towards another booking
- within 7 days notice, $25 deposit will be forfeited
For Gift Certificate Purchases:
- Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue
- Gift Certificates may only be used for Tour bookings
