Sydney Harbour Guided Kayak Tours
There is nothing which will make you feel more alive than being out on the water and paddling a kayak on one of our tours. From overcoming your fears of the water accompanied with the challenge of paddling, feeling the wind against your face and the spray of water, your sense of achievement will be overwhelming as well as feeling great after some gentle exercise on the water.
Sydney Harbour offers one of the most spectacular settings for paddling a kayak. We are lucky enough to offer you two locations from which to paddle one of our tours from and both have their highlights and will amaze you:
Woolloomooloo (underneath Andrew Boy Charlton pool), near the Domain/Botanical Gardens. From here, we paddle past the naval ships at Garden Island, around the domain with stunning views to Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. From here, we paddle to the Opera House (this is the closest you will be able to get on the water side). The view never ceases to amaze. We then paddle past Fort Denison and onto Clark Island where we relax and enjoy the peace of this tranquil place before heading back to Woolloomooloo where you can shower at the pool and perhaps grab some more food and/or a coffee at the great Café there.
Rose Bay, New South Head road and corner of Vickery Avenue (opposite Rose Bay RSL club). From here, we paddle to Nielsen Park, stopping off at the secluded harbor beaches on the way including a visit to historic Strickland House with fantastic views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. At Nielsen Park, there is a kiosk with additional food/coffee if you want to purchase something. Weather dependent, we stop at one of the beaches for a swim and also paddle to Shark Island. You will be amazed at the peace and tranquility which can be found.

You will get wet so please wear something suitable for kayaking such as swimmers with a t-shirt/ rash vest on top plus shorts or bike pants (whatever feels comfortable paddling). If you like, you can wear waterproof shoes (such as crocs/ thongs) but no shoes is fine on the kayaks.
